1.) Are the wood slices dried?

Yes, all of our slices are fully dried before shipping.

2.) Will the wood slices crack?
Cracking is rare and as long as the slices aren't exposed to extreme heat or cold you shouldn't have to worry about any sort of warping or cracking.

3.) How long does it take for me to receive my order?
We are striving to get our processing and shipping time down to a week. However, depending on the amount of orders we are processing, it can vary the time it takes to ship out your slices. Current times are posted in the announcement bar at the top of the page.

4.) Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship within the United States, but hopefully soon we will be able to ship internationally.

5.) Do you offer bigger slices?
At the moment the largest size we offer is six inches in diameter and are not currently doing any custom orders.
